This position is located at Road Runner Lanes Bowling Center, White Sands Missile Range, NM. The selected candidate will receive a $1000 bonus after successful completion of the first year of employment and an additional $1000 bonus after successful completion of the second year of employment.
What You'll Do
- →Manages the day-to-day operations of Roadrunner Lanes Bowling Center which includes a 10 lane center, a bar, and food service.
- →Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit-generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
- →Prepares financial and operational briefings as required.
- →Oversees the operations of a variety of ancillary departments, and recreational activities i.e. snack bar, billiards, catering services, bingo.
- →Monitors the procurement of all supplies, equipment, and retail items for the activity.
- →Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies.
- →Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
