About the Position: MRDC is now part of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Research & Development (R&D). We are the medical materiel developer, with responsibility for medical research, development and acquisition. What You'll Do
- →Responsible for writing and approving facility project scopes of work for completeness, good practices, and use of materials.
- →Develop cost estimates for facility repair projects and compare to contractor’s proposed cost.
- →Inspect and verify facility repair and construction projects for completeness and meeting the SOW requirements prior to approve payments.
- →Review facility repair and maintenance projects in a quality assurance capacity to ensure they are within scope of the contract.
- →Maintain correspondence, financial records and files on proposed and approved facility projects.
- →Assist the Contract Office Representative (COR) in technical review of service order project in accordance with the central maintenance contract.
