This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as a lead technical expert, advisor, and consultant for engineering design and construction requirements on approved programs and feasibility studies and facilities, buildings and grounds maintenance and repair.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide engineering support for major construction and repair projects funded by Military Construction Army (MCA), IMCOM/MCD, RDTE, DLA/DFSC, and major backlog of maintenance and repair (BMAR) projects at USAG-KA.
- →You will review maintenance and repair backlog reports, schedules, manpower utilization reports and active job order expenditure reports to evaluate performance and make recommendations for improvement of the maintenance and repair program.
- →You will conduct staff studies in assigned areas of facility and utility requirements.
- →You will conduct on-site review of engineering projects in support of USAG-KA programs.
