What You'll Do
- →You will participate in Program Plan development and updates, working groups, focus teams, and other forms of Integrated Product Teams.
- →You will direct support to the shipyard during design, fabrication, installation, and test of Shipboard Systems equipment.
- →You will work closely with the SPS/SPF Shipyard Leads to ensure adequate coverage for major events and expeditious turnaround times for data requests and document approvals.
- →You will work with SPS leadership to institute a robust training plan to ensure the SPS engineers understand the plans and processes for Columbia/Dreadnought.
- →You will ensure the contractor developed systems are designed, fabricated, tested, and installed properly and that the product meets SSP level requirements such as the TOG, Coordination Drawings.
- →You will ensure and provides adequate assurance that the delivered products development, qualification, and production acceptance processes, as defined in the project Master Test and Evaluation Program Plan.
- →You will analyze design artifacts, problem reports, process metrics, and field data for trends, which indicate design, R and M or QA problems.
- →You will negotiate differences of opinion and/or, as the situation requires, direct compliance.
