What You'll Do
- →Review all plans for modification or construction of the facilities for quality control and to ensure compliance with the agency policies, and federal codes and standards.
- →Provide support for construction activities and is responsible for the professional integrity of projects and ensuring project design and installation meet established cost, schedule, quality, and performance requirements.
- →Comprehensive, intensive, practical knowledge of electrical systems for data centers, office buildings, and skill in applying this knowledge to solve complex problems and issues involving interrelationships between facilities, information technology, security, and safety requirements while maintaining mission critical operations 24/7.
- →Responsible for the application, design, construction, repair, and maintenance of the electrical distribution systems within the facility, including all emergency power systems and subsystems.
- →Oversee, direct, and administer the program, including, but not limited to strategic planning, budget, project development, design, construction, repair/rehab, and maintenance for the building and site; also, project development, design, implementation, evaluation, close-out duties.
- →Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-4:30pm Compressed/Flexible: Compressed/flexible schedule available at the manager's discretion.
- →Telework: This position may be authorized for ADHOC telework.

- ✓The employee must be able to lift a thirty (30) pound load without difficulty.
