You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAS JRB FT WORTH.
What You'll Do
- →You will prepare and evaluate installation energy metrics and communicates and explains energy data and metrics to a variety of audiences.
- →You will oversee and manage audits, energy surveys, feasibility studies, and detailed energy studies.
- →You will be accountable for providing effective and efficient leadership of the Installation Energy Program, identifying program requirements, managing resources, and promoting energy awareness.
- →You will support the Installation Commanding Officer and Public Works Officer in complying with energy and water mandates and achieving installation specific energy reduction goals.
- →You will ensure development and execution of a comprehensive energy program overseeing complex engineering solutions to energy conservation, renewable energy and energy security requirements.
Requirements
- ✓Applicants must meet the following positive education qualifications requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Applicants must possess BASIC REQUIREMENT: A registered Professional Engineer in the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any State in the U.S.
- ✓(NOTE: YOU MUST SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR CURRENT LICENSE OR REGISTRATION WITH YOUR APPLICATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED).
