This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range & Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Develop and maintain installation planning documents, project concepts, and preliminary design documents for the installation Master Plan.
- →Provide technical support in matters relating to long range planning, military construction plans and policies in matters related to developing, administering and controlling the overall installation facility utilization and construction programs.
- →Responsible for the civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural engineering coordination aspects between contractors, Corps of Engineers, and intstallation elements.
- →Conducts and/or coordinates engineering studies and analyses in preparation of resolutions for design and construction deficiencies.
- →Perform project management duties related to Military Construction Army (MCA) projects; Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects.
