You will serve as a PMA-268 EAS Division Team Lead in the COST & SCHEDULE ANALYSIS DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the authoritative expert for the assigned functional area, delivering guidance, consultations, training, and advice for acquisition/sustainment cost estimating, and integrated performance analysis/scheduling support.
- →You will actively identify innovative ways to improve processes, tools, and training methodologies.
- →You will maintain specialized informational technology hardware and software requirements, including preparing budget estimates to support operational needs.
- →You will direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the team while performing analytical duties as required.
- →You will provide regular status reports to the supervisor, addressing program updates, issues, briefings/reviews, risk analysis, resource management, and team vacancies or personnel changes.
