What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a systems engineer responsible to plan, track and assess overall progress, and develop solutions for technical, schedule, and cost problems that arise during the design, development, test and evaluation, production, and logistics.
- →You will be responsible for development and maintenance of system engineering and acquisition documents for a large DoD weapon system program in accordance with DoD acquisition framework and system engineering processes.
- →You will liaise across a diverse workforce comprised of technical branch subsystem developers, integrated product teams, contractors, and warfare centers to coordinate, deconflict and optimize activities and resources.
- →You will produce reports, metrics, and briefing materials as necessary to brief leadership on assigned work areas in program reviews, working groups, acquisition milestones, and system engineering technical reviews.
- →You will develop budget planning factors, defend budget requests to the Board of Directors, track and manage financial expenditures.
