About the position: This position will be assigned to the Grizzly Bend. This position is considered flexible. Flex positions are not eligible to earn leave and other NAF benefits. Position starts at the lowest pay rate and increases when time in grade requirements are met.
What You'll Do
- →Operates limited coffee bar.
- →Prepares and serves a limited variety of hot beverages (i.e. brewed coffees, lattes, espresso, tea, cappuccinos, hot chocolate, etc.) by selecting, mixing, and brewing the proper ingredients according to the number of servings required.
- →Sells and serves a variety pastry items.
- →Operates a cash register, rings-up sales, and accept payments and processes change.
- →Prepares documentation for cash funds accountability.
- →Sets up and prepares area for service.
- →Prepares tables and side service stands.
- →Maintains work area in a neat and clean manner.
- →Breaks down and cleans area.
- →Cleans area to include operating a dishwasher or manually washing glassware, beverage makers, and other utensils.
- →Collects and transfers trash from work area to disposal area.
- →Sets up Cappuccino corner for operation and obtains cash bank.
- →Maintains neat and clean work area.
- →Washes cappuccino bar equipment and utensils.
