This position is located at Fort Bliss DFMWR Business Operations Division. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
What You'll Do
- →Proactively develops and pursues business opportunities that increase utilization and generate revenue for MWR facilities, programs, event spaces, and services.
- →Identifies and engages prospective customers and target markets.
- →Conducts ongoing market research and analysis to identify current, emerging, and under served customer segments and business opportunities for MWR facilities, programs, event spaces, and services.
- →Establishes and effectively uses a sustainable business-development management process that provides clear visibility of prospects, qualified leads, active opportunities, proposals, bookings, lost opportunities, and outreach activities.
- →Develops and sustains purposeful relationships with military organizations, school districts, businesses, associations, community organizations, event organizers, and appropriate stakeholders to expand awareness and utilization of MWR facilities.
- →Engages prospective customers to understand their event purpose, requirements, budget, schedule, audience, and desired experience and works to identify appropriate MWR solutions.
