About the Position: This position is with the Defense Commissary Agency, Field Operating Activity, Resource Management Directorate, Overseas Financial Management Division located in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
What You'll Do
- →Assist in reviewing budget guidance, developing budget requirements, studying trends, and monitoring and evaluating budget execution.
- →Participate as a member of a study team in planning the work of conducting management studies applicable to organization policy and structures, space management, manpower, equipment requirements/utilization and control.
- →Prepare reports comparing actual obligations and expenditures with budget requirements, distributes monthly budget versus cost reports to leaders and supervisors.
- →Receive and examine complex payroll authorization documents.
- →Audit pay and leave accounts to identify and correct delinquent and/or erroneous personnel actions or time- keeping errors.
- →Perform monthly reconciliation and recapitulation of the general subsidiary accounts to assure that the basic accounting data and computerized and manual reports are in balance.
