What You'll Do
- →Apply expertise in financial and military pay systems to develop new financial management systems for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS).
- →Coordinate with DoD-level managers to ensure new systems are consistent with pay and accounting objectives.
- →Review and analyze regulations and legislation, and participate in developing information and decision briefings for management approval.
- →Define functional requirements, develop test plans, create training materials, and develop system documentation.
- →Collaborate with other analysts and specialists to plan, develop, test, document, validate, train, and evaluate new financial management systems.
