Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Finance, Financial Operations located in Indianapolis, IN.

- →Typical duties include: Compiling and analyzing data used to develop and improve services relating to workflow, office procedures, financial control systems, and reporting.
- →Researching inquiries and providing support to stakeholders through the helpdesk functions or as assigned from management staff.
- →Following inquiries to resolution and/or referral to a supervisor or another branch within the Office of Finance.
- →Preparing statements and reports containing timely, accurate financial information used to manage financial projects and programs and to meet reporting requirements.
- →Determining the format, relevance, suitability, accuracy, and reliability of the collected financial information and the proper format for its presentation.
