About the Position: This position is located at Naval Health Clinic, Director of Resource Management, Oak Harbor, WA. Recruitment or relocation incentives MAY be authorized for highly qualified candidates. Advance in Hire MAY be authorized. This is available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Advanced Leave Accrual MAY be authorized.
What You'll Do
- →Coordinate processing of medical claims to health insurance companies for reimbursement and billing.
- →Oversee claim reconciliation and denial management processes.
- →Implement operational improvements to meet increasing demands and the ever changing requirements of the Health Insurance Industry.
- →Provide technical guidance and direction of new or revised guidelines and procedures.
- →Develop policies and procedures necessary to maintain records.
- →Ensure proper accounting procedures are performed in all functions.
- →Review regulations, programs and procedures to determine the impact on current operations.
- →Develop operating procedures to improve efficiency and enhance collections.
