You will serve as a FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACTS BRANCH HEAD in the Facilities Services Division of PACIFIC MISSILE RANGE FACILITY.
What You'll Do
- →You will possess comprehensive knowledge of acquisition regulations as they apply to performance-based contracting.
- →You will use technical knowledge and experience in multiple fields or trades to understand and address a wide variety of technical problems encountered in facility support.
- →You will use cost and price analysis techniques to compare contractor proposals against Independent Government Cost Estimates, and the ability to analyze problems, conduct research, and make recommendations.
- →You will use knowledge of contract financials, including invoicing, accounting, prevailing wage rates, and project/labor funding sources.
- →You will possess knowledge of labor laws such as the Service Contract Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Davis-Bacon Act.
