About the Role
NSA is in need of skilled/experienced Facilities professionals.
What You'll Do
- →NSA is hiring for Facility Services Officers (FSOs) with knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Systems to serve on our 24x7 Watch Team in Texas.
- →FSOs are responsible for oversight of the operation, maintenance, repair, modification, design, construction, and inspection of Agency facilities.
- →Specific responsibilities vary based upon areas of expertise.
- →Facility Services Officers: Assigned to the 24/7 Facilities Watch Team, monitor the Chilled Water and Electrical distribution systems at the NSA complex.
- →Responsible for monitoring the condition of all other facilities systems during scheduled and unscheduled outages, construction projects, and activities that place the facility in an abnormal condition.
Requirements
- ✓The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position.
- ✓If qualifying with a degree, degree must be in Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (for example, Construction Management and Space Planning) or a Business related field (for example, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, and Finance).
- ✓Certification in a relevant field (for example, electrical, mechanical, interior design) may count for up to one year of experience.
