The primary purpose of this position is to provide professional and consulting community planning and space management expertise to HQ AFPC leadership and staff, an organization consisting of approx.3000 military, civilian, and contract employees; 11 facilities; and in excess of 500,000 square feet of operation space.
What You'll Do
- →Program Development and Execution: Formulates, plans, and implements techniques and develops broad strategies and procedures to conduct HQ AFPC facility planning process.
- →Implements automated solutions in developing plans and procedures to manage multiple buildings.
- →Translates customer requirements into workable projects to include operations and maintenance(O&M), real property maintenance by contract, and or military construction (MILCON).
