The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is the Nation's risk advisor, working with partners to defend against today's threats and collaborating with industry to build a more secure and resilient infrastructure for the future.
What You'll Do
- →Typical work assignments include, but are not limited to: Advising agency managers, supervisors, and officials on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) pre-complaint counseling requirements to support timely, compliant case handling under 29 C.F.R.
- →Part 1614 and EEO Commision Management Directive-110.
- →Overseeing and/or supporting informal EEO complaint processing activities by ensuring required steps, documentation, and timelines are met in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- →Providing guidance on formal EEO complaint processing to ensure compliance with 29 C.F.R.
- →Part 1614 and EEOC MD-110.
- →Analyzing complex or sensitive discrimination matters to identify issues, evaluate evidence, and support resolution strategies.
- →Maintaining, securing, and managing EEO case files and sensitive documentation for informal and formal complaints to safeguard confidentiality and ensure records are complete and retrievable.
- →Developing and maintaining complaint tracking and compliance monitoring systems to measure timeliness, improve business processes, identify trends, and support accurate reporting.
Requirements
- ✓You must be a U.S. citizen.
- ✓Complete the initial online assessment and USA Hire Assessment, if required.

- ✓Essential personnel must be able to serve during continuity of operation events without regard to declarations of liberal leave or government closures due to weather, protests, and acts of terrorism or lack of funding.

- ✓This position requires a pre-employment drug test.
