About the Role
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. What You'll Do
- →You will prepare a wide variety of preliminary and final engineering and technical drawings for projects of buildings, structures, roads, grounds and utilities such as potable water, sewage, and storm drainage facilities.
- →You will update the Base's general development, noise level, environmental, explosive arc, utilities, and base maps, indices, etc.
- →You will serve as the coordinator for all maintenance and repair work to include, but not limited to, work relating to minor, service, routine, or recurring work.
- →You will inspect all buildings and real property under a scheduled inspection program to determine need for repairs and preventive maintenance.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience listed in the Qualifications section, applicants may qualify based on education OR equivalent combination of experience and education as follows: Two full years of graduate education or a master's degree meets the requirements for GS-09.
- ✓One year of full-time graduate education is considered to be the number of credit hours that the school attended has determined to represent 1 year of full-time study.
- ✓If that information cannot be obtained from the school, 18 semester hours should be considered as satisfying the 1 year of full-time study requirement.
- ✓Part-time graduate education is creditable in accordance with its relationship to a year of full-time study at the school attended.
- ✓I have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
- ✓My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
