This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the STRL Mission Support direct hire authority. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. What You'll Do
- →You will work in a team environment for the Ordnance Test and Evaluation Division to perform nondestructive testing, equipment and facility maintenance, and other tasks as assigned.
- →You will lead radiographic operations, (i.e., x-ray ordnance and energetic items, analyzing imaging data, and ensuring compliance w/safety protocols.) You will collaborate with engineers and scientists, providing technical guidance, and maintaining radiographic equipment.
- →You will support a variety of tests/inspection, physical dimensioning, x-ray equipment maintenance, ordnance handling, ordnance hauling, and the use of heavy equipment and cranes.
- →You will be responsible for interpreting x-ray images and documenting the results.
Requirements
- ✓If that information cannot be obtained from the school, 18 semester hours should be considered as satisfying the 1 year of full-time study requirement.
