You will serve as an ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (NUCLEAR) in the Nuclear Quality and Engineering Assessment Branch of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for identifying deficiencies in compliance with NAVSEA and Shipyard quality control and radiological control requirements.
- →You will plan and perform quality engineering audits/evaluations of selected aspects of reactor plant work and processes used at the Shipyard to identify problem areas.
- →You will write detailed reports of the results of these audits/evaluations with the assistance of the Supervisor or other qualified auditors.
- →You will review technical work documents to identify technical and quality problems areas and declining trends.
- →You will represent the shipyard in dealing with outside activities and representatives in all matters pertaining to assigned projects.
