The primary purpose of this position is to provide expert civil engineering technical support for stand alone non-recurring and multi-year recurring service repair contract in developing, modifying moderately complex and serve as functional specialist in performing surveillance and management of contractor performances as required. What You'll Do
- →Maintains surveillance over moderately complex civil engineer base maintenance and repair service contracts.
- →Serves as a Team Member.
- →Develops and manages moderately complex civil engineer maintenance and repair service contracts.
- →Monitors and coordinates concurrent multi-year civil engineer maintenance service and repair contracts.
- →Responsible for customer interface, definition of requirements, and development of preliminary designs, plans, and specifications for moderately complex facility projects accomplished by Self Help, in-house, non- recurring service contract, and SABER Program.
- →Complies with health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures, and performs work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment.
