The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Realty Specialist for the Air Force's Enhanced Use Lease Program (EUL) responsible for developing, establishing, implementing, and controlling contractual, financial and technical aspects of assigned projects through designated EUL phases.
What You'll Do
- →Develops, implements, and controls contractual, financial, and technical aspects of a project/programs through designated phases of the EUL process.
- →Plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates activities of functional specialists at installations, MAJCOMs, other FOAs, etc., including contracting, real estate, engineering, program control, in support of AF EUL program.
- →Reviews and directs the progress of contractors in meeting EUL program objectives.
- →Participates in conferences and meetings to deliver presentations on EUL project/program status, accomplishments, challenges encountered, anticipated support requirements, and the integration and advocacy of program and project objectives.
- →Prepares, presents project status challenges and provides alternative to a myriad of challenges to the Division/Branch and/or other management officials. officials.
