What You'll Do
- →The Employee Occupational Health (EOH) Registered Nurse (RN) provides competent, evidence-based care to employees and oversees licensed vocational nurses and nursing assistants, as appropriate to the setting.
- →The EOH RN supports worker-centered occupational safety and health initiatives, promotes employee well-being, monitors and tracks employee health status, and assesses workplace hazards and contaminants.
- →The EOH RN assists with nursing education, orientation, competency development, and participates in quality improvement and utilization review processes.
- →This position contributes to the development of care delivery models, participates in strategic planning, and ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, directives, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- →Knowledge of Joint Commission and OSHA regulations. 2-3 years of knowledge and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft programs. 3 years of vaccination administration knowledge and experience Work Schedule: Variable Shifts depending on the needs of the facility Telework: Not Available Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
