This vacancy is for an Electronics Engineer in the National Telecommunications and Information Administration within the Department of Commerce.
What You'll Do
- →As an Electronics Engineer, you will perform the following duties: Reviews electronics circuit elements, equipment and subsystems that encompass a wide assortment of electronics material.
- →Develops electronics circuit elements.
- →Analyzes wireless communications systems.
- →Inspects newly installed or modified equipment and systems for conformance to performance requirements.
- →Evaluates adequacy of maintenance programs, training equipment and materials, operating manuals and repair procedures.
- →Resolves equipment failure or unsatisfactory performance problems.
- →Revises checkout and inspection procedures.
- →Certifies completion of installations.
- →This Job Opportunity Announcement may be used to fill other Electronics Engineer GS-0855-11, FPL 14 positions within the Department of Commerce in the same geographical location or local commuting area with the same qualifications and specialized experience.

Requirements
- ✓You must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this position.
