The primary purpose of this Electronic Integrated Systems Mechanic, WG-2610-12, position is to install, modify, overhaul, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, align, calibrate, and rebuild integrated electronic systems, where the output of a number of sensor subsystems is integrated into a logic subsystem and the resultant used to modify the operation of the total system.
What You'll Do
- →Install, modify, overhaul, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, align, and calibrate complex integrated electronics systems, including Energy Management and Control Systems (EMCS) and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
- →Perform diagnostic testing of software and hardware functions to assist in troubleshooting integrated systems and subsystem components, determining overall system integrity.
- →Use and maintain precision measurement tools, specialized test equipment, and various hand and power tools.
- →Utilize safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations, maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times.
- →Maintain accurate inspection and maintenance records.
