What You'll Do
- →Provides comprehensive confidential assessment, referral and follow-up emotional, behavioral, and coaching support services for Senate employees and their immediate family members addressing a wide variety of employee problems/crises within a diverse population.
- →Provides psychological safety and trauma informed care in an emergency and thereafter – potentially outside of normal business hours.
- →Interacts professionally with others regarding sensitive and confidential issues with a high level of effective communication skills.
- →Provides consultative services to managers and conducts organizational needs analysis, potentially resulting in developing and facilitating group interventions and workshops.
- →Maintains confidentiality and security of reporting and records in accordance with established EAP standards, applicable statutes and Senate policies.
- →Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- ✓MA degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology.
