What You'll Do
- →This position is located in the Office of Continuity and Security Management (OCSM), National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
- →The Office is responsible for supporting the NCUA's personnel security, physical security, continuity of operations, facilities management, emergency management, insider threat, and intelligence programs.
- →As the Director, Office of Continuity and Security Management, you will: Oversee all programs related to personnel security, physical security, facilities management, emergency management, insider threat, continuity of operations, intelligence, and classified information.
- →Direct personnel suitability and national security clearance programs, ensuring compliance with federal investigative standards, HSPD-12, and other security directives while managing clearances, screenings, adjudications, and appeals.
- →Oversee emergency management and continuity programs, including COOP planning, emergency preparedness, training and exercises, national-level continuity participation, and coordination with federal, state, and local partners.
- →Manage NCUA-owned and leased facilities, lead the accountable property program, and monitor space utilization.
- →Manage physical and classified security functions, including access control, facility security systems, SCIF operations, COMSEC, intelligence analysis, and participation in interagency critical infrastructure and cybersecurity committees.
- →Provide executive-level leadership and supervision, directing staff, managing organizational resources, overseeing budget and performance, and ensuring effective execution of all OCSM programs and strategic objectives.
