As a Supervisory Program Analyst, you will serve as an expert advisor to the Deputy Comptroller for SSAS, CNBE, and other senior OCC officials on all supervisory information system matters. What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Program Analyst, you will: Establish objectives and goals in support of organizational strategies and Comptroller priorities working with supervision management and stakeholders to address and implement data and analytical management and provisioning including aggregation, and delivery of institution, financial, regulatory, and supervisory analytics for effective decision-making.
- →Develop short- and long-term plans with organizational leadership and constituents to support supervisory system, data, analytical, and innovative initiatives.
- →Serve as the data, analytical, and supervision support expert within CNBE.
- →Apply advanced data and analytical knowledge to support supervision and OCC agency processes, practices, and solution delivery.
- →Provide policy and program direction to ensure alignment with SSAS and OCC policies and practices and directs the implementation and compliance of supervisory and agency data activities and information systems delivery.
- →Serve as an OCC representative for communicating and coordinating supervision technology, data, and advanced analytical initiatives with other financial regulators.
- →Provide expert guidance and authoritative recommendations to the SSAS Deputy Comptroller related to organizational goals and objectives.
- →Provide oversight on information management, data, analytical practices, and solutions that strengthen organizational intelligence, improve operational performance, and support agency and strategic priorities.
- →Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and review work accomplished by direct reports, subordinate supervisors and teams.
- →Provides overarching policy and program direction to staff and monitors organizational and individual performance to ensure alignment with SSAS and OCC goals and objectives.
Requirements
- ✓This position requires that the successful candidate undergo personnel vetting, which includes a background investigation and enrollment upon onboarding into "Continuous Vetting." Enrollment in Continuous Vetting will result in automated record checks being conducted throughout one's employment with Treasury.
- ✓The successful candidate will also be enrolled into FBI's Rap Back service, which will allow Treasury to receive notification from the FBI of criminal matters (e.g., arrests, charges, convictions) involving enrolled individuals in near real-time.
- ✓There are three key documents that contain important information about your rights and obligations.
- ✓Complete a one-year probationary period (unless already completed).
- ✓Complete a one-year supervisory or managerial probationary period (unless already completed).
- ✓Complete a background investigation (unless already completed).
- ✓Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment.
- ✓Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
- ✓Go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form I-9.
- ✓Federal law requires verification of the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires in the U.S.
- ✓Travel occasionally to attend conferences and/or training.
- ✓Obtain and use a Government-issued charge card for business-related travel.
- ✓File an Executive Branch Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 450) and an OCC Financial Disclosure Form.
- ✓Complete a financial disclosure review and resolve any ethics issues.
