What You'll Do
- →Provides leadership and guidance to the Recording Studio production and post-production teams.
- →Plans, organizes, directs, assigns, and evaluates the work of technical, professional, and managerial staff.
- →Leads the development and refinement of the media supply chain, ensuring capabilities evolve to meet organizational priorities, stakeholder needs, and emerging technologies.
- →Guides initiatives, including staff development, facility enhancements, and technology modernization efforts, to sustain operational excellence and innovation.
- →Coordinates with the Director on staffing, budgetary, and operational priorities and provides oversight of vendor and contractor work.
- →Other duties as assigned.
