About the Position: The incumbent will serve as a Cyber Operations Specialist (Targeteer) for USSOUTHCOM, Operations Directorate, Information Operations Division in Miami, FL.
What You'll Do
- →Integrate and synchronize full spectrum cyberspace operations capability into United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) plans and operations.
- →Ensure requirements are satisfactorily fulfilled in support of the commands' operations and cyber efforts.
- →Create innovative approaches regarding the development of target information packages.
- →Responsible for providing situational awareness and understanding of the threats impacting DoD network systems.
- →Monitor special access programs, compartmented projects, operations, and exercises.
- →Provide actionable operational and threat information to the command through the development and management of Indications and Warnings in order to rapidly mitigate the threat.
- →Conduct operational analysis of the threat by country group in order to rapidly respond to their activities in crisis or support to contingency operations.
