- →The United States Space Force (USSF) at Schriever SFB Colorado, Colorado Springs is searching for a Cyber Operational Contracts / Portfolio Manager for Mission Delta 6 (NH-2210-03, GS-12/13 Equivalent).
- →Description: We are seeking a strategic, technically savvy Cyber Operational Contracts Portfolio Manager to lead a high-impact portfolio of technology investments supporting Defensive and Offensive Cyberspace Warfare missions.
- →In this role, you will connect operational needs with acquisition execution-turning complex mission requirements into effective cyber services, hardware, software, and sustainment solutions.
- →You will work at the intersection of cyber operations, acquisition, and enterprise planning.
- →Partnering with system operators, sustainment squadrons, mission-system organizations, program offices, contracting professionals, and industry partners, you will identify current and future capability needs; evaluate technology options; and guide pre-award and post-award actions for specialized, mission-critical procurements.
- →As a senior portfolio leader and Chief Contracting Officer's Representative, you will help ensure contracted performance delivers measurable mission value.
- →You will oversee contract-support activities, strengthen COR readiness and reporting, contribute to contractor performance assessments, manage competing priorities and resources, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior leaders.

- →The successful candidate is a confident problem solver, an effective communicator, and a disciplined program manager who can independently translate mission needs into practical, innovative, and executable solutions.
- →What you will bring: Experience in cyber operations, communications, logistics, technology acquisition, contract management, or portfolio management.
- →Ability to manage complex programs and technology investments across cost, schedule, performance, risk, and mission priorities.
- →Knowledge of federal and Department of Defense acquisition, cybersecurity, information-assurance, and compliance requirements.
- →Demonstrated ability to analyze difficult problems, develop sound solutions, and deliver timely, high-quality results.
- →A collaborative leadership style that builds trust, anticipates customer needs, and drives mission outcomes.
