About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. You will serve as an Cyber Exercise Planner (PCTE-OG) at the U.S. Cyber Command in Fort Meade, Maryland.
What You'll Do
- →Conducting research and developing realistic exercise scenarios that simulate relevant workplace challenges, decision-making dilemmas, and strategic objectives.
- →Developing comprehensive exercise plans, including objectives, timelines, mission essential task list injects, participant roles, and resource requirements.
- →Coordinating scenario development from employees, teams, and external partners to ensure representation from all relevant stakeholders.
- →Conducting training sessions for exercise participants on exercise procedures, communication techniques, and other relevant topics.
- →Evaluating exercise performance against established objectives and criteria.
- →Analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine future exercises.
