About the Position: This position is located at Bassett Army Community Hospital, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Federal employees in Alaska are currently entitled to receive a 1.49% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This is subject to change.
What You'll Do
- →Maintain Practitioner Credential Files (PCF) for privileged providers Submit provider privileging applications to the Deputy Commander for Clinical Services (DCCS), the Credentials Committee, and the hospital Commander for approval.
- →Advise on the requirements, regulations, policies, and procedures for the Provider Credentials and Privileging Program.
- →Review privileged provider files to respond to a variety of requests for information
