What You'll Do
- →Serve as the Contracting Officer’s Representative for the Medical Treatment Facility, acting as the liaison with the Contracting Officer on contract requirements and administration.
- →Evaluate medical service contracts and maintains contractor performance documentation in accordance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
- →Assess contractor performance for acceptability based on contract terms and service-summary standards.
- →Initiate and submit Contract Discrepancy Reports (CDRs) or Corrective Action Reports (CARs) to address unacceptable contractor performance.
- →Conduct market research and applies labor rates, qualifications, materials, equipment, and inflation data to develop contract estimates and pricing/bidding schedules.
- →Use office automation tools to prepare correspondence, manage spreadsheet and record data, and transmit and receive email.
