About the Position: This position is located in the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Naval Hospital Guam Materiel Management Department. Serves as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for multiple assigned contracts ensuring successful contractor performance and the fulfillment of the requiring activities in support of the organization's mission areas.
What You'll Do
- →Supports and provides expertise in writing performance criteria and requirements into Performance Work Statements, Statements of Work, Statement of Objectives, and/or task orders and reviews solicitation documents with Contracting Office.
- →Leads contracting aspects in determination of organizational acquisition needs and identify opportunities to maximize capabilities and achieve organizational goals.
- →Establishes and leads significant contracts coordinating meetings and working sessions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis on material, delivery, or services issues.
- →Prepares and maintains technical and administrative reports on contractor's performance, violations and deficiencies noted and submits monthly reports to the Contracting Officer.
