About the Position: You will serve as a Technical Expert and Team Lead in the Contracting Division for the Portland District. Contracting Division's mission is to provide acquisition services of the highest quality to our customers on a timely and cost-effective basis, while maintaining the public's trust and fulfilling public policy objectives. We are a highly motivated professional team effectively using technology, continuous improvement and partnership to meet the Portland District mission.
What You'll Do
- →Complete full range of pre and post award functions for cost reimbursable and fixed price contracts.
- →Prepare solicitation documents, Invitations for Bids, and Requests for Proposal.
- →Compile bidders list from qualified sources and match sources to the requirements.
- →Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities of the team.
- →Provide technical oversight on contracting activities carried out by non-procurement staff throughout the District.
