What You'll Do
- →Serves as Contracting Officer (KO) and senior Contract Specialist (CS) in Contracting Services Office and is responsible for cradle to grave execution of contract actions to support customers.
- →Acts as an advisor for both customers and assigned contract specialists in addition to contract execution role.
- →Performs all aspects of contract management to include contract administration and contract close-outs.
- →Prepares and obtains all necessary business clearances and other approvals required associated with assigned contracting functions.
- →Provides functional expertise and advice in support of all aspects of contracting.
- →Develops procurement objectives for the program in terms of competition and cost/price ranges; develops acquisition plans and Source Selection Plans.
- →Constructs the contractual vehicle including identification of proper evaluation factors, pricing arrangements, subcontracting policy, partnership arrangements, and similar considerations.
- →Required to secure and hold a $10M or higher warrant within 24 months of assignment.

- ✓If you cannot obtain your graduate school's definition of one year of graduate study, 18 semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) should be considered as satisfying the requirement for one year of full-time graduate study.
