About the Position: This position is located at the 325th Medical Group, Tyndall Air Force Base, FL. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Plan the overall approach to meet the contracting objectives for procuring a variety of complex requirements for the Medical Group (MDG).
- →Review requisition package for adequacy and completeness of description, consistency, and compliance with administrative, regulatory, and procedural requirements.
- →Determine appropriate contract type and method of procurement based on the nature of service required, urgency of need, estimated cost, market conditions, and applicable procurement policies and regulations.
- →Monitor contract performance.
- →Provide assistance to others relating to contracting work.
- →Develop guidance materials to inform, clarify, and explain regulatory and policy changes.
