What You'll Do
- →Serves as a Senior Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) for one or more multidivisional, defense-oriented corporations.
- →Negotiates and accomplish complex contractual actions, including insurance pension policies, advance agreements, and divisional and/or corporate office expenses.
- →Coordinates with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) to negotiate contract forward pricing rates and resolve or disposition open indirect cost rates.
- →Disseminates information and advise varying levels of leadership regarding major problems related to corporate policies and procedures.
- →Performs corporate Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) administration and ensure corporate-wide implementation.
- →Acts as a team leader, coach, and facilitator, providing training, guidance, and peer reviews to integrate strategic plans into team goals.
- →Keeps abreast of strategic industry communications, market conditions, and corporate financial data to represent the government effectively in high-level negotiations.
- →Prepares comprehensive negotiation packages, Memorandums of Agreement, and required Administrative Contract Officer agreements.
Requirements

- ✓GRADUATE EDUCATION: One academic year of graduate education is considered to be the number of credits hours that your graduate school has determined to represent one academic year of full-time study.
- ✓Such study may have been performed on a full-time or part-time basis.
- ✓If you cannot obtain your graduate school's definition of one year of graduate study, 18 semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) should be considered as satisfying the requirement for one year of full-time graduate study.
