About the Position: This position is located at Fort Gordon, GA - Military Installation, 2nd Floor of MTF. Hours: 0730-1600, individual office space in a High Tempo work environment. Serves as a Contact Representative at a Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) within the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Provides support/assistance to Active Duty, Reserves, National Guard, retired service members, family members and other personnel eligible for DoD healthcare.
What You'll Do
- →Provide specific information about enrollment into the TRICARE Dental Program (TDP) and/or the TRICARE Retiree Dental Program (TRDP).
- →Receive and interviews patients, sponsors or other person having knowledge of or accompanying the patient.
- →Assists beneficiaries to make appointments for referred/deferred Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) medical care.
- →Assume responsibility for specific debt collection cases upon notification and assignment through to its conclusion.
- →Maintain the TRICARE briefing program which covers the Military Health System to include TRICARE.
