About the Role
About the position: : This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Mustang Community Center at Osan AFB. Plans, coordinates, implements, manages, supervises and administers all centers programs and activities. The position includes paid holidays, annual and sick leave accrual, as well as optional participation in Group Health, Dental and Life Insurance plans, Retirement, 401K and Flexible Benefits plans.
What You'll Do
- →Key Qualifying Experience & Skills Specialized Experience: At least one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (e.g., NF-03 or GS-05/07/09) in planning, scheduling, and coordinating recreational programs or facility management.
- →Education: A four-year undergraduate degree in Recreation, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or a closely related field is typically required.
- →Military Knowledge: Familiarity with Air Force or Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, specifically regarding Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) and Appropriated Funds (APF).
- →Management & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage diverse staff, volunteers, and large-scale facilities.
- →Program Development: Experience in organizing arts & crafts, youth activities, sports, or special events.
- →Administrative Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, financial reporting, and facility scheduling.
