The primary purpose of this position is: to direct, manage, and supervise the operation of the club complex in support of the installation commander's quality of life program.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the club complex, ensuring that activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs.
- →Evaluates past financial performance, historical trends, and program requirements to prepare realistic short and long range operating budgets.
- →Performs second level supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents the installation club complex with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Ensures proper military protocol and decorum are practiced during social activities and events.
