About the Position: This position is located within Nursing Operations, Department of Nursing, Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Receive visitors and answer telephone calls to the office.
- →Assist in the new Nurse Corps Officer Integration Program (NCOIP) within assigned nursing service section.
- →Serve as the assigned Nursing Section subject matter expert on the deployment of Defense Medical Human Resources System (DMHRSi).
- →Provide oversight of all the Medical Support Assistant Office Automation (Unit/Ward Clerks) assigned to the Nursing Service.
- →Arrange conferences, meetings, and short suspense requirements to meet the section’s needs.
- →Ensure that all forms and office supplies are well stocked.
