What You'll Do
- →Serve as a senior Primary Care–Mental Health Integration (PC-MHI) Program Manager responsible for the full lifecycle development, implementation, and evaluation of PC-MHI policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
- →Provide expert guidance to Defense Health Agency (DHA) leadership on all aspects of PC-MHI operations and ensure program alignment with DHA and Department of War priorities.
- →Lead continuous quality improvement efforts to strengthen clinical effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- →Provide clinical and procedural consultation to PC-MHI staff and Medical Treatment Facility leadership, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices, professional ethics, and DHA guidelines.
- →Oversee the execution, training, and clinical direction of Integrated Mental Health Consultant (IMHC) and Mental Health Care Facilitator (MHCF) roles across designated Defense Health Networks (DHNs).
- →Monitor data-driven outcomes, identify emerging needs, and establish program initiatives that enhance access, quality, and continuity of behavioral health services within primary care settings.
