The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist Supervisor (Inpatient Operations) is a Pharmacy Program Manager (PPM) responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients in ambulatory care clinics, inpatient clinical wards/units, and long-term care settings as assigned within the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHCS). The Inpatient Operations CPS Supervisor functions at the highest level of clinical pharmacy practice to provide pharmaceutical care to patients and optimize patient care outcomes.

Requirements
