- →Key Responsibilities of the Director Executive-Level Strategic Advisory: Serve as the trusted, principal advisor to the BPA Administrator and senior executive team.
- →You will directly influence agency operations, personnel policies, and workforce strategies to ensure equal opportunity is woven into every level of our organization.
- →Visionary Program Leadership: Shape, design, and direct BPA-wide programs that champion fairness and respect.

Requirements
