The primary purpose of this position is: To perform clerical duties and carry out the daily operations of the front desk of the Child Development Center, School Age Program, Youth Center, Teen Center, special events, part-day/full-day programs, and summer programs.
What You'll Do
- →Performs and oversees the clerical and administrative duties of the Child and Youth Programs.
- →Monitors and manages the reception desk.
- →Assists with the programs' daily financial collection procedures, reporting requirements and deposits.
- →Maintains and manages the programs waitlist.
Requirements
