About the Role
The position of Program Manager will serve as the Chief of Staff (CoS) within the Savannah River Field Office (SRFO), Office of the Manager, responsible for facilitating the accomplishment of SRFO's mission by providing internal office support in a wide range of administrative management areas.
What You'll Do
- →Creating teams within SRFO to accomplish NNSA goals and projects and in conjunction with specific program managers, sets daily and long-term work assignments consistent with prioritized SRFO objectives.
- →Leads team building principles within the office.
- →Coordinating with the Office of Inspector General on issues of waste, fraud, and abuse, and process retaliation complaints, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and completed, and that the program operates independently from line management to maintain trust and objectivity in the handling of employee concerns.
- →Representing the Manager in meetings and conferences related to program activities, and acts for the Manager when so designated during the Manager/Deputy Manager's absence.
Requirements
- ✓Subject to Random Drug Testing Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

- ✓Financial Disclosure is required.
- ✓Must be able to obtain/maintain a Q level Security Clearance.
- ✓You must be a United States Citizen.
